Recalibrate your craft. Reclaim your flow.

Break the isolation of the studio and step into the laboratory. A residential immersion at Arcoora designed for high-level music producers to master their sound, regulate their nervous systems, and join a growing guild of audio professionals.

Step away from the distractions of daily life and dive into the full creative process - from songwriting and synthesis to mixing, mastering, and building a producer’s mindset. Each day combines hands-on music workshops and supervised lab time working on your own music with mindful morning practices including yoga, meditation, and breathwork, designed to help you enter flow state and bring your musical ideas to life.

Whether you’re a bedroom producer or an emerging performer, this retreat will give you the skills, tools, and inspiration to elevate your music - while living in harmony with the lush natural surroundings of Arcoora.

Deep Flow is the counter-movement. We believe that the most resonant music comes from a regulated body and a connected mind. By integrating world-class technical mentorship with intentional movement, nature immersion, and nervous system regulation, we don't just help you make better tracks—we help you build a sustainable career.

MORE ABOUT ARCOORA

Arcoora is an off-grid, not-for-profit land project focused on ecological and cultural regeneration. Over the years, programmes have revolved around topics such as permaculture, yoga, meditation, dance, art, men's and women's work, deep ecology, nature connection, primitive survival skills and rites of passage.

The invitation for you to join this Music Production Retreat comes from our small community of custodians living on the mountain, with whom your experience will be shared. Each member brings their own personal passions to Arcoora; but what unites us is our shared commitment and enthusiasm for community, nature, earth-arts, and making a positive impact through social change.
